Whether you're starting from scratch or refining an existing space, the journey of making a home creatively refined involves a keen eye for design, a touch of innovation, and a lot of heart. Concept and Clarity Chat-$150

  • During this 45 minute Zoom session we can:

    • ​Review your existing sketches or plans

    • Discuss space planning and layout flow

    • Evaluate appliance placement and clearances

    • Refine cabinetry direction and storage strategy

    • Discuss Color and Finishes

    • Talk lighting placement and fixture selection

    • Identify potential design or construction challenges

    • Clarify your overall aesthetic and style direction.

  • This session does not include drawings or deliverables but is designed to provide professional insight and direction.  If you choose to move forward with a design package, this consultation can be credited toward your project.​

Line and Layout Package-$400

  •  1-Hour In-Home Consultation-Discuss your needs, style, and vision.

    •  Measurements Taken at Your Home - Ensuring accuracy for layout planning. 

    • Discuss functionality & space planning.

  • ​Custom 2D Floor Plan - A scaled layout of your space.

  •  No material or fixture specifications.

  • 45 Minute Design Review

    • 1 Minor Revision

  • Blue Print Style Print to Scale Print out​

Depth and Dimension Package- $550

  •  1-Hour In-Home Consultation-Discuss your needs, style, and vision.

    •  Measurements Taken at Your Home - Ensuring accuracy for layout planning. 

    • Discuss functionality & space planning.

  •  2D & 3D Room Layout - See your space in both a flat and three-dimensional views.

  • 45 Minute Design Review

    • 1 Minor Revision

  • No material or fixture Specifications.

Rendered and Remote Package-$600-900

  •  1-Hour Zoom Call-Discuss your needs, style, and vision.

    • All Room Measurements are Provided by Client.

      • Prior to construction all measurements must be verified by a licensed contractor. Refound Interiors is not liable for discrepancies resulting from inaccurate measurements.  Revisions requested due to inaccurate measurements will be charged accordingly.  

    • Discuss functionality & space planning.

  • Mood Board Visual

  • 2D Space Plan & 3D Model - A complete layout with specifications.

  • 45 Minute Zoom Call-Design Review

    • 2 Minor Revisions

  • 2 Photorealistic Rendered Perspectives​

  • Material List with Cost Estimates

    • Detailed selections for finishes, furnishings, furniture, and fixtures.

    • Estimate does Not include Contractors Cost and Labor

  • Contractor Design Debrief- A collaborative one time meeting with your contractor (virtual) to review the final design plans, clarify layout details, and align on materials before construction begins. This meeting helps ensure the design intent is clearly communicated and reduces the risk of misinterpretation during execution. Additional construction-phase collaboration is available as needed at an hourly rate.​

  • 2D Space Plan & 3D Model - A complete layout with specifications.

  • 45 Minute Design Review

    • 2 Minor Revision

  • 2 Photorealistic Rendered Perspectives

  • Material List with Cost Estimates

    • Detailed selections for finishes, furnishings, Cabinets (average cost based on stock, semi-custom or custom), and fixtures.

    • Estimates does Not include Contractors Cost and Labor

  • Contractor Design Debrief- A collaborative one time meeting with your contractor (virtual or in person) to review the final design plans, clarify layout details, and align on materials before construction begins. This meeting helps ensure the design intent is clearly communicated and reduces the risk of misinterpretation during execution.
